Set beneath a breathtaking glass ceiling, Temple & Chapon offers a sophisticated dining experience from day to night. Now, the experience extends to midday, with a seasonal lunch crafted for afternoons where time slows: plates that are delicate yet generous, made for conversation and ease beneath the light-filled atrium.
On weekends, the rhythm shifts once again with brunch, a spirited embrace of New York’s most iconic meal, reimagined with Parisian flair. Friends gather over sparkling glasses, plates arrive in generous succession, and the atmosphere hums with the indulgence of unhurried mornings.

A dining room, reimagined
A veritable treasure trove of discovery, an elusive character imagined by visual artist Clovis Retif. A figment of his imagination, just one step ahead leaving guests in his wake. Each nook, a hidden gem from his travels. Fabrics and textures are reminiscent of a far off land, yet a place not easily identified or understood. A vision of a fictitious journey through the eyes of designer Tristain Auer, comes to life throughout the dining room at Temple & Chapon. A place to gather and recount stories over each dish, the echo of Philip Glass in the background. A backdrop ever-changing, as if our character’s journey continues.

AMERICAN BAR
The upstairs American Bar continues the celebration of Experimental’s origins, paying homage to its founding vision and Parisian roots. Accessible via a grand staircase, the bar is inspired by legendary New York cocktail institutions like Please Don’t Tell, Attaboy, and the Raines Law Room. Guests can indulge in Experimental’s signature cocktails: the famous Benton’s Old Fashioned (fat washed bourbon), the vibrant Quetzal as well as a selection of wines from California and Oregon (Roseroc, New-York Ravines).
